As a valued customer of the Owl Barn Gift Catalogue, our neighbours the Suffolk Owl Sanctuary is very appreciative of the support you have shown for the Charity in the past, but as an organisation focussed on saving wildlife, it came as an unwelcome surprise to find itself asking for your further support as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic to help save the Sanctuary itself.

Because the coronavirus situation precluded the flow of visitors to the Sanctuary and the contribution towards the essential funding it provided until we were able to open again very recently, S.O.S. needs assistance to enable it to continue offering rescue, care and rehabilitation for injured and traumatised wild owls and birds of prey.

The charity (regd. no. 1086565) is entirely dependent on donations to cover the costs of housing, food, medication, sometimes surgery and always the work of the expert staff who care for the injured raptors in preparation for rehabilitating many of them back to their natural habitats, fit & flying free.
