This young tawny was handed over to us from Stowe vets after being found roadside - an examination saw that is was suffering a retinal bleed which usually indicates head trauma by car strike (the eyes often being the main injury point with RTA’s). Luckily the damage did not seem too extensive however he was also suffering with serious dehydration and emaciation. Since arriving and after a careful care plan of fluids and easily digestible food he is starting to look a lot stronger. Fingers crossed he makes a full recovery.
